Day 1 : Welcome to Hanoi
Welcome to the land of dragons, Vietnam. Upon arrival to Noi Bai Airport, our driver will greet you and transfer you to the city center to your hotel.
Enjoy the day free at leisure to acquaint yourself with the capital, immersing yourself in the sights and sounds of the city center until an evening street food tour by Vespa to acquaint you with some of the best noodle shops, grilled meats, and sweet desserts in the city.

Day 2 : Become a coffee connoisseur and join a cooking class at KOTO
Discover the amazing coffee culture in the city today with a morning tour to some of the best cups of coffee in the city. Try the traditional ca phe sua, a Robusta coffee mixed with sweet condensed milk, served hot or over ice. Then, sip the decadent egg coffee at a little hole-in-the-wall establishment overlooking the magical Hoan Kiem Lake.
Finally, depart the Old Quarter and head to the expatriate community and quiet lakeside café of Maison Du Tet in a beautiful reconverted French Villa to try their unique Arabica blend coffees, found only in Hanoi.
After all that coffee, join a cooking class at Koto Training Restaurant, a social enterprise dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty faced by many youths in the city, empowering them by training them in the culinary arts and hospitality training.
Return to your hotel in the afternoon and enjoy your time free to shop and wander the Old Quarter independently.

Day 3 : Board your overnight cruise in Halong Bay
Leave the hustle and bustle of Hanoi and journey 2 hours east to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Halong Bay. Upon arrival to the Tuan Chau Pier, check-in to your cabin on the luxury cruise liner, Paradise Elegance, to experience the bay in all her glory. Activities include cooking demonstrations, kayaking to a pearl farm, and exploring Sung Sot Cave.
At the end of the day, the boat will anchor while guests enjoy the cocktail happy hour and fresh seafood dinner. Try your hand at squid fishing in the evening or stargaze before retiring to your cabin for a restful sleep.

Day 4 : Return to Hanoi and sample the delicious streetfood
It is a truly a good morning in Vietnam when you wake up in the middle of Halong Bay. Try Tai Chi on the sundeck as the sun rises or simply enjoy breakfast before swimming and another cave visit at Titop Island.
Savor the views and take your last photos as the boat gently glides through the incredible rock formations back to Tuan Chau Pier. Disembark from the cruise and journey back to Hanoi by car, returning to your hotel to freshen up.
Enjoy free time until a dinner in a charming refurbished French Villa restaurant called Hanoi Food Culture, where you will sample many exciting dishes pertinent to Northern Vietnamese culture on your last evening in Vietnam. Each dish is made with organic ingredients from the countryside, lovingly prepared and served to you by up-and-coming local stars.

- All overnight Halong Bay cruises must have permission to operate from the Management Board of Halong Bay. If your cruise is suddenly affected by poor weather conditions (monsoon, storms, high winds), Mundo Asia takes responsibility to change to an alternative option
